We are just starting. And we love it.
A young community, started in 2026: we are few, we know each other and we push past our limits every week. We are not selling you a packed server. We are offering you a seat at the founders' table.
The first ones in go down in history FIRST GHOSTS
Members of the first wave get a role that is never handed out again, their name on the FIRST GHOSTS wall on this site and a say in how the crew grows. After that, this door closes.
We promise
- You never play alone unless you want to. Favors make help mutual: whoever helps today has someone tomorrow.
- Fairness you can check. Ranks are earned by what you do, not who you know. Staff included.
- Order. You always know where the session is, who is in it and which sells are open.
- A clean place. Decent language, EN + RO, the same rules for everyone, decisions in the open.
- Better every week. What breaks gets fixed fast. What is missing gets built.
We don't promise
- Easy money. Zero glitches, dupes or modding. You earn what you play, with no ban risk because of us.
- People online around the clock. We are just starting and we are people, not NPCs. We promise to keep growing.
- Protection in public sessions. That is GTA out there. In our crew sessions it is calm.
- Ranks without effort. They are not bought, not negotiated and not a birthday present.
- Perfection. Bugs and bad days still happen. We just don't hide them.
How to join
Four steps and you are in the crew
Accept the rules
On Discord, one click on "I accept the rules". Pick your language and the announcements you want.
Apply to the crew
The "Step 1: Apply" button asks for your Social Club name. You get the crew role right away.
Request the invite
On Social Club, press Request Invite on the GNET crew. A recruiter accepts you and you get a ping.
Join a session
Open the live post, press Join and let's play. From here on you earn Favors and points.

Do I have to be good at the game?
No. Being a decent person is what counts. The rest comes with playing.
How much time do I need to put in?
As much as you like. No required attendance and no punishment for being away.
Does it cost anything?
No. Nothing on the server costs money and nothing ever will.
What do you play on?
GTA Online on PC, the Enhanced version. We speak English and Romanian.
What are Favors?
The server's help currency. Help with a sell and you earn them, ask for help and you spend them. They have nothing to do with real money or in-game money.
Do I have to share my activity on Discord?
It is optional. Only if you want to show up on the Radar, in live sessions. The guide is under Sessions.

Sell with a team, not with luck
Post your sell, the bot pings the right people and helpers come to you. Helpers earn Favors, and anyone who only asks without giving back runs out of them fast.

Pick your businesses and how many helpers you want. The post shows live who joined, and the team gets a private thread that cleans itself up at the end.
The Favors economy
Help with a sell, earn Favors. Ask for help, spend Favors. Points show up on the leaderboard, weekly and per season, with role rewards.
No leeching
Anyone who joins and leaves in the middle of a delivery is blocked automatically on that sell. Odd cases go to staff, they don't get lost.

Sessions and Radar
The crew session, always in sight
The Radar reads the GTA activity you share with the server (optional, only if you agree) and groups people by real in-game sessions. No more asking "which session are you in?".
A living post
The host opens the session with one command. The post shows which of us are inside, updated by itself while people play.
Join in one click
Press Join, open the host's profile and get in straight from Discord. Host left? Another member in the session takes over the post and it lives on.
Session moves
Lag? The host announces the move: everyone in the session gets a ping, new sells wait, and when the Radar sees the host in the new session it announces by itself that it is ready.

Heists with proof, not stories
Post the heist and the team fills itself, with reserve spots that move up automatically. At the end, the finale screen is read by AI: the right heist, the right team, the right time.
A team without the hassle
First come, first served, plus reserves. Schedule it for later and the bot sends a reminder, opens a private voice for the team and has a cut calculator.
Points for real
Points only go to people who played and confirmed. Recycled proof, screenshots from another heist or impossible times are caught automatically.
Reputation
Every player has a heist reputation: it goes up when you see the job through and down when you leave the team hanging.

The host keeps the rest. In the game every player gets at least 15%. The example amount can be changed.

The number of helpers does not change the price. You only pay if someone helps you until ✅ Done. Every helper who stays to the end earns 1 Favor.

You see them on Discord with /stats. This is an example: 12.

Short guides on how we play. We update them whenever something changes in the bots.
01Your first sell with help
From /sell to ✅ Done, in 5 steps.
- In the sells channel, type /sell. Tick the businesses you are selling and how many helpers you want, then press Post sell.
- Helpers press Help Out and show up on the post. The team gets a private thread.
- When everyone is in your session, press Go Live and start the delivery.
- ✅ Done unlocks after a few minutes (3 to 6, depending on the business), so nobody can cheat.
- At Done you pay the sell's Favors, and every helper who stayed to the end earns 1 Favor.
Work out the cost first with the tool under Tools.
02How to earn Favors
You help, you earn. Plus a free Favor every day.
- Every valid help on a sell earns you 1 Favor.
- Between the same two players at most 2 helps a day are paid, in both directions. That way friends can't "farm" Favors from each other.
- If you helped at least once in the last 14 days, you also get a free Favor every day.
- Discord accounts older than 30 days can go into the negative, down to -3, so you never get stuck.
On Discord, /favors shows your balance and recent changes. Only you can see it.
03Your first heist with Ghost Bandits
Post, team, Start, Done, points.
- Crew members post with /heist post: pick the heist, how many players and the parts of this run.
- Others press Join. First come, first served, plus 2 reserve spots that move up by themselves.
- In the team's private thread, press Start when you launch. Done unlocks after the minimum time of the parts you picked.
- After Done, everyone presses I played within 30 minutes to get their points.
- On finales, anyone on the team uploads the end screen with /heist proof and the AI checks it.
Points: big finale 2, small finale or setup 1, prep 0.5.
04How to show up on the Radar
Optional. One set of settings.
- In Discord: User Settings → Activity Privacy. Turn on "Share my activity" and keep the Ghost Network server switched on.
- In the Rockstar Games Launcher: Settings → General → Discord Rich Presence on. The launcher has to be running.
- Don't start anything with "Run as administrator". Discord and the game have to run the same way.
- Start Discord first, then GTA. You are done when your profile shows you are in GTA Online.

05How to rank up
Ranks for what you do, not for how long you have been here.
- Ghost Syndicate: your rank comes from paid helps on sells, from Runner (1) to Ghost (2500).
- Ghost Bandits: the raccoon ranks come from heist points, from Trash Panda to Kingpin Raccoon.
- Weekly titles: Top Helper of the Week and Top Heister of the Week for the top 3, plus season champions.
All ranks, with their icons, are under Ranks.
